Associate Professor Dr. Saif Ali Ahmed Ghabsha

Vice Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences for Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research at Ibb University.

Dr. Saif is an experienced and highly competent individual in his field, with exceptional skills in traditional and laparoscopic surgical procedures. He strives to enhance his skills and stay abreast of the latest technologies and innovations in the field of surgery. He contributes to the development of strategies and plans aimed at enhancing the quality of medical education and scientific research at the college. He serves as a driving force for students and faculty members to achieve excellence in postgraduate studies and scientific research. Dr. Saif's personality is characterized by humility and dedication to serving the medical and academic community. He serves as a role model for students and colleagues. He effectively contributes to enhancing the college's position as a leading educational center in the field of medicine and health sciences

- Ph.D. in General Surgery, Gomel State Medical University, Belarus, 2008.

- Master's Degree (MS) in General Surgery, Gomel  State Medical University, Belarus, 2003

- Bachelor's Degree in Medicine & Surgery (MBBS), Kuban State Medical University, Russian Federation, 1999.

- Taught Anatomy to first and second-year students in Human Medicine department

- Taught Anatomy to second-year students in the Laboratories department

- Taught General Surgery to third-year students

- Lectured and conducted clinical sessions for General Surgery to fourth and fifth-year students
