Proposals for developing elements of higher education system in Yemen

Abstract

This article aims to provide some proposals for developing higher education system in Yemen., represented by seven elements, viz. developing philosophy, higher education infrastructures, educational process, scientific research, student service, funding resources. The study employs  the descriptive approach. It is divided into an introduction and 4 sections. Section 1 presents justifications and scientific bases for developing elements of higher education system in Yemen. section 2 discusses the comprehensive vision of developing the elements of higher education in Yemen. section 3 tackles introductions to developing the components of the higher education system in Yemen. Section 4 provides proposals for developing elements of higher education system in Yemen. the study concludes with general outlines for developing elements higher education system in Yemen to cope with the fast and vast development and Yemen expectations of entire development.
