The Legislative Miracle in the Verses of Inheritance.

Abstract

#This research focuses on the legislative miracle in the inheritance verses of the Holy Quran. It is considered one aspect of the multiple miracles of the Holy Quran that manifest in various areas of legislation. These miracles are evident in acts of worship such as purification, prayer, zakat (charity), pilgrimage, fasting, and others. They also appear in transactions such as buying and selling, leasing, and more, as well as in personal matters like marriage, divorce, inheritance system, penal system, social norms, and others. The legislative miracle is evident in the prohibitions that Allah has forbidden, whether related to food and drink, women, or social interactions such as adultery and false accusations. It is also evident in economic aspects such as usury and other transactions. By contemplating the Quranic verses that regulate the life of the Muslim community, one can discover the miracle in each of these issues. In this research, we will select a model from these legislations to illustrate the miracle of the Holy Quran and the nobility of its legislations, focusing specifically on the system of inheritance in Islamic law.
