Level of the Evaluation of the Faculty Member’s Performance of his Scientific, Academic, and Community Tasks in the College of Education – Al-Nadirah

Abstract

The research aimed to find out the level of the evaluation of a faculty member’s performance of his scientific, academic, and community tasks in the College of Education- Al-Nadirah. The descriptive approach was followed and a questionnaire as a tool for collecting the data from a sample of 298 male and female students, from the total number (1240 students) of the research population (college students). The research was divided into: a theoretical framework, the study procedures, study results and discussion and ended with a conclusion.   The results showed: The level of performance of the faculty member in his duties in the College of Education in Al-Nadirah was positive and reassuring to those in charge of the educational process.
