Aspects of Preferences with Imam Al-Tibi in his Book (fotooh Al-Ghaib in Kashaf Aan Qena'a Al-Raib)

Abstract

This study contained two requirements, where the first requirement dealt with: a brief translation of Al-Tibi with an indication of his position among scholars, and the second requirement dealt with: weighting by Quranic analogues, weighting by the apparent meaning of the Qur’an, weighting by context,: weighting by tradition, and it is divided into: weighting by the hadith of the Prophet, weighting by the reasons for revelation Weighting the readings, weighting the sayings of the predecessors. He also dealt with the second requirement: weighting by consensus, weighting by some fundamentalist rules, weighting by language, weighting by rhetoric, weighting by systems. After studying this topic, the researcher reached several conclusions, including: There are many aspects of weighting according to Tibi. Likewise, systems are considered the most used aspects of al-Tibi, and the theory of (Qur’anic systems) is present in al-Taibi’s interpretation, his taking, his rejection, and his criticism of the sayings of scholars.
