Abstract

The research aims at investigating theoretically and analytically suggested requirements for activating the partnership between the faculties of education and public education institutions in developing the programs of preparing and qualifying the teachers in Yemen. The researcher adopted the inductive approach of the theoretical literature and the official reports represented as a source for collecting the data and information. The research resulted in: frist: Identifying the requirements of partnership in administrative operations for developing the programs of preparing and qualifying the teachers, represented by planning, arranging, observing, supervising and evaluating the administration of programs and counted by (39) requirements. Second: Identifying the requirements of partnership in the academic operations for preparing and qualifying the teachers, represented in the learning and education operation, scientific research, society service for those programs counted by (28) requirements. Third: Identifying the legislative partnership requirements counted by (3)  requirements. Fourth: Identifying the administrative and human partnership requirements counted by (14) requirements. Fifth: Identifying the material partnership requirements counted by (7) requirements
