Ausid bin Khudhair and his narrations from Sunna books

Abstract

This article aims to shed light on Ausid bin Khudhair’s narrations from Sunna books. The study is divided into an introduction and two sections. Section 1 presents Ausid bin Khudhair’s biography. Section 2 tackles Ausid bin Khudhair’s narrations. It concludes that Ausid bin Khudhair’s narrations of Hadiths are fewer than others’. The study confirms twelve narrations available in the six well-known Sunna books, besides Ahmed’s Musnad and Abi Ya’li’s Musnad.
