Studying the effect of synergetic act of beta-lactamase on some of penicillin antibiotic used against proteus mirobills bacteria causing urinary tract infection

Abstract

This article aims to identify the minimal inhibitors concentrations of antibiotic  ampicillin, amoxicillin, and pracillin. The study employs the experimental approach. It is divided into a general introduction and two sections. Section 1 discusses the study tools and procedures. Section 2 presents and discusses the results. It concludes that (9) isolates were not able to produce Beta-lactamase despite comparing these isolates to the studied antibiotics and that is why these isolates have capabilities other than producing Beta-lactamase.
