Developing a method for diagnosing Laser-produced Plasma

This article aims to utilize certain polymer compounds in radiation sensing. The study employs the experimental and descriptive approach. It is divided into an introduction and three sections. Section 1 provides an overview of the study. Section 2 discuses the scientific part. Section 3 presents and discusses the results. It concludes that the achieved patterns contradict the state of the mask used. The sensor was cleaned after the exposure process using xylene solvent for one minute, and non-exposed materials were subsequently removed.
