Abstract

The research aimed to identify behavioral problems among the disabled (deaf, dumb, and mentally retarded) at the Martyr Fadl Al-Halali Institute. The descriptive-analytical approach was adopted, by developing a problem scale to collect data from a sample of 163 disabled people and 61 mentally retarded people. The research was divided into four sections; first: a Theoretical and Conceptual Framework, second: Research Procedures, third: Results and Discussions and the fourth is: Summary and Conclusion.   The most important results are: The need to pay attention to the specificity of the problems that each group faces, of an emotional nature that is different from others. This requires appropriate educational and psychological programs.
