#The research aims to study the impact of population growth on comprehensive development in the Republic of Yemen. Researchers argue that the problem is not the increase in population in Yemen, but rather it lies in the planning approach followed by the state in addressing the growing population's requirements. The state is unable to identify the basic needs of the people for decades and instead focuses on implementing large-scale projects that meet these fundamental needs, including providing employment opportunities for those entering the labor market annually. This method of operation, coupled with the lack of a sound vision to meet people's requirements, has resulted in the state's inability to provide for the population's needs due to a lack of seriousness in implementing its population growth plans and programs. This responsibility falls on the development program planners in the country, as well as civil society organizations, political parties, social figures, the House of Representatives, and the Shura Council. These issues will be further explored in the upcoming discussions to understand the scope and prospects of the problem and identify the necessary measures to mitigate the impact of population growth in our country.
