Doctrinal Issues Related to Friday and Examples of Its Purposes

Abstract

This Research aims at clarifying the doctrinal issues related to Friday and examples of its purposes. The researcher used the inductive and then descriptive method, and divided the research into introduction, four sections and a conclusion., Then, the researcher presented the doctrinal issues related to Friday and examples of its purposes in divinities: creation, mortification, as acts of lordship. And dealt with the doctrinal issues related to Friday in the prophecies and examples of its purposes. In belief in books ( Holy Qur’an): he dealt with the Qur’anic surahs related to Friday and examples of its purposes, which are Surahs: Al-Sajdah, Al-Insan, Friday, Almonafiqeen, Al-A’la, Al-Ghashiah, Al-Kahf. And in believing in the Messengers: Adam, and our Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon them. And the researcher clarified the doctrinal issues related to Friday and examples of its purposes in the audios: angels, the trial of the grave, the Hour of Resurrection, the blowing of images and the thunderbolt. After completing the research, he come up with the results, the most important of which are: Friday included various creed issues with different purposes. This is intended to relate Muslim to creed issues, remind him of them, direct his attention to them and bring them to mind on this great day of Friday; because of its impact on his life and change his behavior for the better.
