Abstract

The research aimed to identify the reasons leading to job evasion using the Ishikawa and Pareto diagram. The descriptive-analytical approach is followed and the research is divided into four sections: the first: research methodology, the second: Ishikawa and Pareto diagram, the third: job discipline, the fourth: analysis of the reasons for evading job discipline. The results showed that the most influential factors on job discipline are salaries, wages, incentives, moral rewards, procedural management policies, and material rewards.
