Governance as a Strategic Approach to Achieving Competitive Advantage in Educational Institutions in Yemen

Abstract

   This study aimed to know the role of corporate governance as a strategic approach to achieving competitive advantage in educational institutions in Yemen, according to the mechanisms and strategic approach, the researcher used the descriptive inductive approach to achieve the goals of the study, and in line with the nature and problem of the study, the researcher concluded the following main results:    

1. Create a national strategy to implement the principles of governance as a strategic entry point for educational institutions in Yemen.
2. Activating legislation, laws and regulations in force, and strengthening the authority of the law and that it be implemented at all levels.

3. That the political authority and leaders of educational institutions in Yemen have a political will to implement the principles of governance as a strategic approach.
