Job satisfaction among general secretariat employees at Taiz University

This article aims to identify the degree of job satisfaction among general secretariat employees at Taiz University. The study employs the descriptive and inductive approaches. It is divided into four sections. Section 1 introduces the statement of the problem. Section 2 presents previous studies. Section 3 discusses the study methodology and its procedures. Section 4 presents and discusses the results. It concludes that there were no statistically significant differences between the degree of job satisfaction among the general secretariat employees at Taiz University and this could be attributed to the study sample, according to the variables: job levels, qualification, experience levels, and marital status.
