Abstract

#This research aims to identify the ancient archaeological landmarks present at the site of Jabal Qruwan, document them, and publish the discovered inscriptions and rock drawings at the site. The research utilized historical and descriptive-analytical methods, and it is divided into an introduction and two sections. The first section focuses on documenting the archaeological evidence found at Jabal Qruwan, including rock drawings and the remains of a fortress and the road leading to it. The second section includes a preliminary study of a new collection of inscriptions from Jabal Qruwan. The research concludes with a summary of the main findings, followed by an appendix containing a number of illustrations and a map showing the research area. One of the most important findings of the research is that available references suggest that the history of Jabal Qruwan dates back to the Bronze Age.
