Education and national unity: an analytical critical study of Yemen Unity issues in Yemeni education legislations

This article aims to analyze the relation between the national Unity as manifested by Yemeni education legislation system. The study employs the descriptive analytical approach. It is divided into an introduction, and three sections. Section 1 discusses the theoretical background of the study. Section 2 focuses on the unity historical background as manifested by education legations before the unity. Section 3 analyzes the unity issues as stated in the education constitution of the unity State. The study concludes that the education constitution of the unity State represents a very remarkable achievement in the modern legislation, being the most standard meeting of methodology of constructing legislations.
