Abstract

The research aimed to study the extent of knowledge of some electrical concepts and their development among a sample of Yemeni students. The descriptive-analytical approach was adopted and a test of 20 items distributed over 5 electrical concepts was used to collect data from a sample of 170 male and female (ninth, third secondary, and first year university) students. The research was divided into four sections; first: a theoretical and conceptual framework, second: research procedures, third: presentation and discussion of the results of the study and the fourth: Conclusion and Recommendations. The most important results are: There is a decline in the level of knowledge of the students of the three levels of the electrical concepts under study, and that there is an effect of the academic level on the knowledge of these concepts.
