The Alternative Administrative Model in Light of Privatization

The research aimed to identify the formulas by which the central administration can direct the activities of the economic units that have transferred to the private sector. The descriptive approach was adopted. The research was organized as an Introduction, followed by two sections; The first: Privatization Concept and Theory. The second: The Working Mechanism of the Proposed Administrative Model for the National Economy. The most important results are: The proposed model in light of privatization is (Parametric Management System); decentralized. Because it suits the requirements of development management, whether in terms of its suitability to raise the efficiency of performance of privatized enterprises or in terms of adapting its objectives to be consistent with the general objectives of the development strategy.
