#This research aims to study the rulings of monopoly in Islamic jurisprudence. The research adopts a descriptive-analytical methodology and is divided into several sections: a general introduction to the research, three main sections: a definition of monopoly linguistically and terminologically, the conditions and types of monopoly, and the rulings related to monopoly. The research concludes with a conclusion that highlights the most important findings, including:
- The wisdom behind the prohibition or condemnation of monopoly is clear, as the scholars agree that the wisdom in prohibiting monopoly is to prevent harm to the general public.
- The avoidance of monopoly and cooperation in preventing it leads to a harmonious and loving society in the Islamic community. On the other hand, monopoly in the Islamic community generates hatred among its members, leads to prohibited actions, and spreads theft.
