Commentary on the Text: Paying Attention from the Rhetorical Text to Critical Circulation, “Al-Sayyab’s Poetry as an Example.”

Abstract

The research aimed to present a proposal for analyzing the text through the term (text commentary) by focusing on the transitions the text makes in its thematic horizons and in its structure. Benefiting from The Innovative improvements' concept; referring back.

The inductive-analytical approach was adopted. The research came in an introduction and two sections; the first: The theoretical framework, the second: Application through the poem “Song of the Rain” by Al-Sayyab.

The most important results are: The Song of the Rain encompasses the entirety of the formations of (text commentary) to include the semantic and structural aspects, which contributes to confirming the emotional unity upon which the poem is built.
