Evaluating the Effectiveness of Official Time Management Processes at Ibb University

The research aimed to evaluate the official time management processes at Ibb University, through the real administrative practices of administrative employees at the university. The descriptive-analytical approach was adopted and a questionnaire was used to collect data from a sample of 262 persons. The research was presented in four sections; the first: a methodological framework, the second: a conceptual theoretical framework, the third: previous studies, the fourth: presenting and discussing the research results, and ended with a conclusion and recommendations. The research came out with a number of results, the most important of which are: that the level of performance of the administrative practices of administrative employees for official time management operations in Ibb University was at the average level defined as (3) on a five-point Likert scale.
