#This research aims to investigate the quality of educational service provided to medical students in the colleges of medicine at Sana'a University, which operates under both the regular and parallel/private systems, as well as the College of Medicine at the Private University of Science and Technology. The research followed a descriptive statistical analytical approach, using a service quality questionnaire consisting of 9 dimensions. The questionnaire was administered to 310 participants and divided into an introduction, three chapters, and a conclusion. The first chapter discussed previous studies, while the second chapter focused on the application and distribution of the questionnaire among the participants. The results were then collected and discussed. The conclusion included the most significant findings, such as the insufficient educational service provided to students in both universities, particularly in terms of post-graduation employment service.
