Abstract

#Translation: This research aims to study the impact of the educational administration course on pre-service teachers' expectations regarding their future workplace. The research followed a descriptive analytical approach and utilized a questionnaire consisting of 44 items, which was administered to 334 students from the College of Education at Taiz University. The research was divided into an introduction providing a general overview of the topic, three chapters, and a conclusion. The first chapter discussed previous studies, while the second chapter focused on the process of applying and distributing the questionnaire among the participants. The third chapter covered the data collection and discussion of the results. The conclusion included the most significant findings, such as statistically significant differences between students regarding the future role of teachers in the educational system and the role of principals and supervisors.
