This paper showed Al-Ameer Al-Sana'ani's fiqh views in his book ''Subul Ussalam'', ''Fasting' chapter, concerning 10 counter-views. The research was divided into 10 points or problems. Problem 1: Adherence to the crescent appearance rule; Problem 2: Fasting continuation; Problem 3: Rule of kissers in Ramadan daytime. Problem 4: Rule of kissers ejaculating semen; Problem 5: Vomiting in Ramadan; Problem 6: Fasting residents traveling on the same day: Can they breakfast?; Problem 7: Can old men who cannot fast feed others?; Problem 8: Following Ramadan by a six-day fasting in Shawal consecutively or inconsecutively; Problem 9: Can annathr (intending to do things) be valid by fasting the two days of Eids?; and Problem 10: Fasting on the day of Arafah in Arafah. Finally, the paper concluded that Al-Ameer Al-Sana'ani showed in his book ''Subul Assalam'' the differences between fiqh scholars concerning these 10 problems in the ''Fasting'' chapter, by either providing his opinion or agreeing upon one's correct one.
