This paper showed the scholars' opinions concerning the vision choice, discussed them, and showed the extent of its legislation in accordance with the related evidence. It was divided into four areas. The first area was concerned with the definition of the vision choice; the second area was concerned with the legislation of the vision choice, the third area introduced the opinions of fiqh scholars about the vision choice, and the fourth area showed the issues that necessitate the vision choice. Then, a number of conclusions were introduced such as: the vision choice was limited to financial contracts which can be rescinded rather than the issues of personal states (e.g., marriage); and it is mainly the purchaser's right to adopt it, with no time constraints, verbally or non-verbally.
