The Role University in Caring of Outstanding, Talented, and Creative Students: An Analytical Study

Abstract

This study aimed to know the role of the university in taking caring of excellent, talent, and creative students; and the extent of introducing different kinds of care to meet students' scientific, educationally, psychological, social, etc. needs. Using an analytical and descriptive approach, the study was divided into topics based on the type of care the students needed. These topics were presented, analysed and then discussed. A number of recommendations were introduced. For example, the university should determine excellent, talent, and creative students, classify them, introduce motives and prizes to them, and provide them with materialistic potentials to be cared of. In addition, the university should pay attention to discovering talent and creative students and introduce a complete care for them to be able to do their pioneering roles and contribute in society development.
