This study aimed to know the effect of using the collaborative teaching method on developing some basic education processes skills with female pupils of the 5th class of primary education in Ibb City. Using an experimental approach, of a post-treatment, a sample of 65 pupils was selected. Then, a t-Test was used to measure the differences between pre- and post-tests of the attitude towards the group work and the test of basic education processes skills. The findings revealed that there were statistically significant differences at the level (0.05) between the mean scores of some basic education processes skills and the attitudes towards group work of both control and experimental groups. Finally, the study recommended using the collaborative teaching method in all education stages.
