Standards of Achieving Comprehensive Quality with Faculty Members in Faculties of Ibb University

The study aimed to identify the most important comprehensive quality standards in faculties of Ibb University from faculty members' point of view, and know if there were statistically significant differences between the comprehensive quality standards in the faculty member’s performance attributed to the variables of study. A descriptively analytical approach was used in this study through designing a questionnaire composing of six areas: administration, curricula, teaching, students, scientific development of faculty members, and research. After testing both validity and reliability, it was administered to a sample of faculty members in faculties of Ibb University. The study revealed a number of findings, such as: the opinions of the study sample showed a great interest in the comprehensive quality standards required for a faculty member, the dimension of curricula scored the top rank in terms of importance, the dimension of scientific and professional development with a faculty member scored the second rank, followed respectively by the dimensions of teaching, students, administration, and research; and there were no statistically significant differences attributed to specialization or the academic degree.
