The study aimed to identify the problems of the current state of the educational environment of Sana’a University by collecting data on this educational environment, inputs, processes, and outputs. Some aspects of the education systems were analysed based on available sources, using a CIPP analysis system, and the findings of two previous studies. The first study was conducted for measuring the level of the 2nd year students of parallel education and comparing it with the level of the 2nd year students of public education in the same department. However, the second study polled the opinion of different groups at the university to identify the level of satisfaction in services offered by the university. This study revealed a number of findings, most importantly, there were some strengths and weaknesses which need serious treatments, and there was a lack of an easy-access database, showing difficulties in obtaining statistical information related to admission and dropout rates, types of departments, quality of graduates, and statistics on the opinions of employers for graduates; the case that formed difficulties in analysing the current situation and predicting future.
