Abstract

#This study aims to identify the current status of the Practical Education Program at the College of Education in Al-Nadira, in terms of the technical and organizational procedures of the program, from the perspectives of supervisors and trainee students at the college. The study also aims to identify the negative factors affecting the effectiveness of the program and propose recommendations and suggestions for its development and improvement. The researcher prepared two questionnaires: one specifically for supervisors, which was administered to a sample of 20 academic and educational supervisors at the college, and the second one specifically for trainee students, which was administered to a sample of 200 students from various specializations at the college. The researcher reached several recommendations, including: 1. The time period for the program should be a full semester, with an average of five days per week. 2. The need to prepare a practical education guide that includes all the information and guidance that trainee students need. 3. Continuous evaluation of the Practical Education Program and providing feedback to all parties involved in its implementation to improve the program. 4. Working on mitigating the negative factors affecting the effectiveness of the Practical Education Program at the college. 5. Conducting similar studies to the current study.
