Penal Code Orders Integrity in Yemeni Legislation: A Comparative Applied Study

The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the reality of penal code orders system in Yemeni legislation and its role in ensuring the proper functioning of justice and regulating social behavior, in response to skeptics who claim otherwise. The study also aims to evaluate the implementation of this system in practice. The the historical and analytical approach was employed for this purpose. The study is divided into an introduction, two sections, and a conclusion. The introduction dealt with the nature of penal code orders. The first section addressed the legal framework of penal orders. The second section assessed penal code orders. The study revealed that that penal code orders were deemed a recent development in criminal justice, adopted by most legislations to address the problem of case delays. It was concluded that penal code orders were neglected and not given due attention despite their importance.
