#The study aims at identifying the obstacles of using the findings of applied research in the process of decision-making, through the perspective of educational researchers and leaders. To achieve this objective, a questionnaire was used after the verifying of its validity and reliability. It was distributed to a sample of educational researchers and leaders in Sana'a District, Aden, Taiz and Ibb. The study came up with several findings, such as: -The study revealed that the degree of the obstacles which return to the decision makers was higher than the degree of those which return to the researchers, -The Results showed that there are statistically significant differences among the sample members regarding the study variables. On the light of the study findings, several recommendations and suggestion were drawn.
