Zaidi Political Thought and Its Impact on Yemeni Revolutions (1948-2011 A.D.)

The study aims to examine the impact of Zaidi political thought on the Yemeni revolutions from 1948 to 2011. The study is divided into an introduction, six main sections, and a conclusion. The first section discussed Zaidi opposition to Imamate rule, while the second section explored Zaidi participation in the Constitutional Revolution of 1948. The third section focused on the National Charter and the overthrow of Zaidi rule. The fourth section examined the effects of the Constitutional Revolution on Zaidi thought. The fifth section dealt with the September 26th Revolution of 1962 and the elimination of Imamate rule. The sixth section addressed Zaidi participation in the peaceful youth revolution of 2011. The study concluded that the influence of Zaidi political thought on the political landscape in Yemen was remarkable.
