Abstract

This article aims to evaluate the performance of student teachers in the practicum program at the Faculty of Education, Sana'a University, from the perspective of elementary school principals, proposing suggestions for its development based on certain criteria. The descriptive-analytical approach was employed. The study is organized into an introduction, two sections and a conclusion.  The first section dealt with the theoretical part, while the second section focused on the practical methodological aspect.  The study results revealed that the opinions of school principals towards student teachers, in general, were good and positive. All questionnaire items received a score of 2.28 and an estimation of 2.69, with the highest estimation being 3.
