#This research aims to determine the prevalence of psychological depression among students at the University of Aden, as well as to identify gender differences in depression measured by the total degree and at each level. The study employs a descriptive survey method and a comparative approach. It includes a general introduction, four main sections: the theoretical framework, a review of previous studies, research procedures, and presentation and discussion of the research results. The study concludes with recommendations and proposals. The research findings indicate significant statistical differences favoring females in terms of work difficulties, decision-making, dissatisfaction, and fatigue. This suggests that females experience more emotional pressure and feelings of helplessness due to the multiple roles they have in life.
