The Practice Level of School Principals in their Leadership Role in Stimulating Employees in light of Transformational Leadership in the Republic of Yemen

#This research aims to explore the role of transformational leadership in stimulating employees in the Republic of Yemen from the perspective of school principals. The research adopts a descriptive, analytical, and inductive methodology. It includes a general introduction, three main sections: the theoretical framework, presentation and discussion of the research results, and a conclusion. The research findings indicate that the practice level of secondary school principals in their leadership role regarding mental stimulation and consultation for employees in light of transformational leadership was generally moderate according to the principals' own perceptions.
