Analysis of Differing Hadiths of Al-Dar Qutni's Books Al-Tatabbu' Wal-'Ilal (Following and Reasons)

Abstract

#This purpose of this study is to identify the position of Al-Dar Qutni in terms of reasons and following, and to study the hadiths and evaluate them to reveal the opinion of the imams other than Al-Dar Qutni. It also aims to present what is more preferable in Al-Dar Qutni's book. The study is divided into an introduction, two main sections, and a conclusion. The first section introduced Al-Dar Qutni and his works, Al-Tatabbu' , and Ilal.. The second section focused on the hadiths in which Al-Dar Qutni has disagreed in his works, examining the Al-Tatabbu'   and aspects of Ilal. The study findings showed  that Al-Dar Qutni's opinion was preferred in terms of reasons in only two hadiths. It was also observed that the Tatabbu'  lagged behind the Ilal. , which led  to the choice of what is in the Tatabbu', favoring it over Al-Dar Qutni's opinion.
