#The study aimed to investigate the impact of time and place on presumptive legal judgments and whether these judgments can accommodate the contemporary era with all its variables and emerging issues in light of continuous life changes. The inductive, descriptive, and analytical approach was employed. The study was divided into an introduction, four main sections, and a conclusion. The first section covered definitions and terminology, while the second section addressed the consideration of the legislative approach to the impact of time and place. The third section explored the opinions of jurists regarding the impact of time and place on presumptive legal judgments. The fourth section provided practical examples and case studies. The study findings revealed that Islamic law aimed to refine individuals rather than torment them, and that time and place did not alter judgments, but rather the reasoning, cause, condition, current circumstances, necessities, interests, and other factors.
