#This study aims to explore the relationship between emotional intelligence and psychological compatibility among a sample of residents in a social care home, as well as their ability to solve social problems. The study includes the following sections: introduction, study problem, significance, terms, theoretical framework, concept of psychological compatibility, concept of social problem-solving, social care for individuals, previous studies, study methodology and findings. The study revealed that there was a statistically significant positive relationship between emotional intelligence and life skills, with emotional intelligence accounting for 6% of the prediction of life skills.
