Abstract

#This study aims to investigate the factors influencing the satisfaction of employees at the institute. The study is organized into an introduction (covering study problem, aims and objectives, significance, methodology, a theoretical section, an applied analytical section and  a conclusion. The findings of the study revealed that  there was no impact of personal variables (gender, nationality, job position, age, years of experience, educational level) on the level of job satisfaction among YALI employees. Additionally, varying factors of importance that significantly affected the degree of employee satisfaction were identified.
