#The current research aims to build a proposed training program for developing strategic planning skills among academic leaders in education colleges at Yemeni universities. To achieve the research objectives, both descriptive survey and developmental (improvement) methods were used. A questionnaire tool was employed, which was administered to all academic leaders in education colleges at Yemeni universities in Sana'a, Aden, Taiz, Ibb, and Dhamar. The participants included deans, vice deans, and heads of scientific departments, totaling 83 academic leaders who all responded to the research tool. After collecting and analyzing the data using statistical software (SPSS), through calculating means and standard deviations, as well as conducting One-Way ANOVA analysis, the following results were obtained: 1. The degree of need for strategic planning skills among academic leaders in education colleges at Yemeni universities was generally high, with an average of 3.96. 2. The degree of need for strategic planning skills in the area of awareness of the strategic planning approach was also high, with an average of 3.69.
