Abstract

This research aimed at identifying out the most important comprehensive excellence standards of the practium -Teaching program , in the college of Education Al-Naderah , Ibb University from point of view of supervision and the continuation (the supervisors, the headmaster), and that of trainees . To achieve that goal , the researcher applied the Descriptive Analytical Approach for forming the initial from of the research tool, and verified its validity ( trustees validity ) and stability . After verifying the measurement features, the research tool,  in its final form including (128 ) standards of ten main axes :the aims of the program, planning it, its content, the role of the Dept. of the Education and psychological sciences , the education and psychological courses , the supervisor the trainee, the co-operate teacher ,the the headmaster and evaluation and development of the program. This research used a three graded scale (Achieved - To the extent achieved, not achieved ) to sample of the study (the supervision committee, the students ) .

   The research tool was applied on a sample of (209) of which (35) college supervisors and headmasters ,of [87-5%} and {174]students of {87%] of the whole society .This results of the research were as the following:

.The sample of the research ( the supervision committee, students ) agreed on the extent of the fulfillment of the comprehensive excellence standards in the program, detailed in the seven fields of which all of that standards are being to the extent achieved from their point of view.

. There is an obvious difference in the degree of fulfilling the excellence standards ; in the fields of supervision, the student and trainee of which all are being achieved from the point of view of the trainees but they are to the extent achieved from the point of view of the supervision committee and continuation .

. There are no statistically significant differences in the extent of fulfilling the excellence standards on the level of the whole program or on the level of each field according to the research variables : the differences of the point of view of the response ( The supervision committee, the students ).

The researcher concluded with a number of recommendations and suggestions which are relevant to the topic of the research.
