The Political Discourse and Persuasion.

Abstract

Political Speech is persuasion one par excellence. It aims to make the recipient accept and agree on the truth of the claim by various persuasion means, as the purpose and occasion need.

This research deals with the designation of the persuasion in lingual and idiomatic. Then designation of speech in general, and political speech specially. And declaring the relation of this speech with persuasion to achieve the aims which the speaker intends in his political speech.
