The study aims was to find out the effectiveness of the flipped learning Strategy in acquiring cognitive competencies among the third level. students in the Faculty Of Education at the University of Aden. The semi-experimental approach, based on pre-tribal Design, was used for two groups (experimental and traditional) Of the total number of Students in the third level in English and the number of (75) students were randomly Distributed in two divisions, one experimental and the number of students (38) and the Other traditional (37) Two modules were designed in light of the strategy of flipped learning, Advertised learning strategy in the development of competencies cognitive assessment.
The researcher recommended designing courses with models and activities inspired by the Strategy of flipped learning, and training teachers and encouraging them to use this strategy, Which increases the effectiveness of the educational process.
