The aim of this research is to build a proposed training program in practical education to prepare the faculty of education students (physics teacher) under the total quality standards through the use of descriptive analytical and experimental approach The study sample consisted of (68) teachers (34 males & females) as an experimental group and (34 males & females) as a controlling group the researcher prepared the list of training needs under the total quality standards, which led to prepare the note card and build a proposed training program and e application of the test with the probation test and then insure the validity of the study tools and educational material . The study concluded that the proposed training program to prepare the faculty of education students (physics teacher) under the total quality standards is effective ,as there are statistical indication differences At statistical significance(0.05) in the median scores of the experimental group in pre and post application of the test and observation card and according to the card fields
