The Kindergarten's Female Teachers Needs In Yemen

This study aims at identifying the needs of the kindergarten female's teachers in the republic of Yemen, and preparing a list of for those needs. that have been ranked from the top to the bottom based on the proportional/ relativity importance of each need, the significances of the statistical differences in it according to the variables of; (qualification, years of work experience, kind of a kindergarten and specialization), and researcher followed to prove it, relying on the descriptive analytic survey approach, on a sample of (219) kindergarten teachers (24.71%) from the total community and it was chosen by the intentional cluster method, then, the researcher used a questionnaire prepared by his own, and the research has reached the following results: Having a list of the kindergarten's female teachers needs in Yemen according to what the teachers themselves have observed. The needs that reached at 85 ones have varied educationally, socially, psychologically and economically, there are differences of statistical significance in the needs appreciated by the teachers according to the variable of the qualification for the Bachelor and variable of specialization for the kindergarten's specialization. There are no differences of statistical significance in the needs appreciated by the teachers according to the variable of the experience and the kindergarten's kind for the private kindergarten. The researcher has introduced some recommendations. The following ones are the most important: the educational, social, psychological and economic needs of the kindergarten's female teachers must be provided and satisfying.
