The present research aims to identify the extent of the spread of level of rational and irrational ideas among PhD students at the Faculty of Education, Taiz University, and to show the significant differences in the level of rational and irrational ideas among PhD students in the Faculty of Education، Taiz University. The research sample consisted of (80) male and female students, namely the research community, all PhD students at the Faculty of Education, Taiz University. The researcher used the test of rational and irrational ideas,ALrayhany mesurement.After the statistical treatments were conducted, the following results were obtained: 1- The level of rational and irrational ideas among PhD students was moderate, where the average grade was close to the average mean of the scale, where the degree was close to the line of the general pattern. 2 - There are no statistically significant differences in rational and irrational ideas among PhD students due to gender variable.and the scientific specialization. 3 - There are statistically significant differences in rational and irrational ideas among PhD students due to specialization variable in favor of psychological counseling Department.
