Abstract

The research highlights Dr. Muhammad Amara's vision and definition of the concepts of heritage and modernity. He presents Dr. Muhammad Amara's definition of heritage and its division into sacred and unholy. It does not establish a break with the constants. It does not freeze in variables, and is based on spiritual and moral elements that are contrary to modernity in its Western sense. Renewal with the Islamic concept is the appropriate and effective alternative to modernity in this concept because it brings together the constants, values, customs, and customs of the nation. The research also shows the criticism of Dr. Mohammad Amara of the West and his Modern project.
