Among these imams are the flags: Imam Abu Hanifa, and Imam El Shafee, known to these imams from the high position in the hearts of Muslims in general Both have an independent doctrine in Islamic jurisprudence and have followers, The scientific weight of researchers and scholars in various aspects of science and knowledge in particular and, in general, their followers, the study was concerned with tracking differences between alhanafia and El Shafee in matters of adultery married through two well-known books in Hanafi jurisprudence and El Shafee jurisprudence.
